Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli, steamed until tender
- 2 – 3 big handfuls of rocket
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- +- 1/3 cup cashews
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- +- 30g feta
Method
- Toss everything into a food processor and blend until fine. Add lemon juice according to taste and olive oil according to the texture that you want.
- Serve on provitas, ryvitas, plain on toast, dolloped over pasta or add onto the “Carb-less Burgers”
