Roast vegetables


  • Sweet potato
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Peppers
  • Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic and spices
  • Wild rice
  • Fry’s chicken burger patty


  1. Chop all the veggies. Parboil and toss in olive oil, garlic and spices (coriander, cumin, mixed herbs). Pop into a roasting dish and grill for about 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the rice.
  3. Bake the soya chicken patty for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle feta and basil over the veg, plate and serve. Viola!
