- Sweet potato
- Olive oil
- Garlic and spices
- Wild rice
- Fry’s chicken burger patty
- Chop all the veggies. Parboil and toss in olive oil, garlic and spices (coriander, cumin, mixed herbs). Pop into a roasting dish and grill for about 30 minutes.
- Boil the rice.
- Bake the soya chicken patty for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta and basil over the veg, plate and serve. Viola!
