Ingredients
- 90g hake fillet per person
- 1 tsp olive or canola oil per fillet
- lemon juice
- Mixed Herbs
- Foil
Method:
- Drizzle oil, lemon juice and herbs over fillet
- Wrap in foil and bake for 20 – 30 minutes
- Serve with rice and salad
