Serves 4-6 as an appetizer
Ingredients
- 125ml cooked (or canned) and drained chickpeas
- 1tbs tahini
- 2tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1tsp cumin
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
Method
- Puree chickpeas in a blender
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and add more lemon juice and olive oil if required to get the consistency that you want
