This is a great recipe if you want to have a healthy fat free snack – ideal for weight loss or if you have high cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All Bran
- 0.5 cup Oat Bran
- 1 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 chopped banana
Method
- Soak the All Bran and Oat Bran in the milk for 10 minutes
- add the sugar and egg
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the raisins and banana
- Bake in a greased muffin tray for 20 mins at 180 degrees C
