Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- 300g cooked / canned chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sprinkling of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup parsley or coriander
Method
- Toss it all into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pop into the fridge to set a bit. Roll into balls (the size of golf balls) and put onto a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Then grill for about 10 min each side until golden and delicious.
