Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp each of fresh garlic, ginger, ground cumin, coriander, sugar, salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 60 ml plain fat free yoghurt
- 50g coriander
- 1 handful of mint
Chop ingredients finely, pop into a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes for the flavours to develop
