Sugar free, low fat deliciousness
Ingredients
- 15 dates
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Coconut for sprinkling
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients until a ball forms.
2. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes
3. Roll small balls (about half the size of golf balls) and roll in coconut
4. Refrigerate for another 20minutes or so.
Enjoy!
You can also add sunflower seeds and chopped almonds for a bit of crunch 🙂
