Ingredients:
- 12 pitted dates
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut + extra for dusting
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
- Roll into balls and dust with more coconut
