Ingredients
- 450g chicken, boneless, skinless
- 1 tsp graed root ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1tsp salt
- 150ml plain fatfree yoghurt
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp canola oil
For the garnish
- 1 small onion, cut into rings
- lime wedges
- mixed salad
- coriander leaves
Method
- In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients (except the oil and garnish ingredients)
- leave in the fridge for 2 hours
- Place in a casserole dish and baste with the oil
- Preheat the grill to medium, grill for about 15 – 20 minutes until cooked, turning and basting 2- 3 times
- Serve with garnish ingredients and salad
