Soooo quick and easy! also super healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fat free plain yoghurt or milk or apple juice
- 1 apple peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp shaved almonds
- 1 tsp raisins
- sprinkling of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp mixed berries
Method
Mix all ingredients (except berries) in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. The next morning, serve with berries.
