The art in deciphering food labels

We know that we should be eating low fat, low sugar, lean foods that are high in fibre to be healthy!

But how do you know exactly what these foods are? Well here is a very handy table to get you started:

Extra lean meat, poultry or seafood 5g fat- 2g saturated- 95mg cholesterol
Sugar free 0.5 g 0.5 g
Low in sugar 5 g 2.5 g
No added sugar Product should contain no added sugar
High in fibre Product containing 6g or more
