Ingredients
Makes 24
- 200g dried fruit medley
- 100g dried apricots
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- ΒΌ cup desiccated coconut
Method
- Put the fruit medley, apricots and coconut milk into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together
- Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll in the desiccated coconut.
- Chill until firm.
