Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rolled Oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sugar
- Touch of salt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Goji berries
- Raisins or saltanas
Method
- Mix the oats, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and salt.
- Grill for about 5 minutes
- Add the peanut butter
- Grill for another few minutes until golden
- Add the nuts, seeds and dried fruit and grill for 1-2 minutes. Remember to watch the granola and to leave the oven open a smidge so it doesn’t burn.
