I have posted the classes for O2 Fitness before…But here is more detail. These classes sound fantastic. If you can make it – GO!!!!!

Mondays:
8:30am – Yoga in the Park (Green Point Urban Gardens)
10:00am – Muffin Top Mondays for New Mommies (Meet at Anchor Bay Parking lot, Sea Point).
Wednesdays:
7:30am – Hump Day boot camp on Lakeside Field (Spoon Street, behind Fire station).
5:30pm – Hump Day Beach boot camp on Camps Bay Beach.
Thursdays:
7:30am – Toight like a Toiger Thursday Hikes (Location changes)
5:15pm – Yoga in the Park (Green Point Urban Gardens)
Sundays:
7:30 or 11:00am (weather dependent) Scenic Sundays Hike (Location changes)
3:30pm – Daring Downhill Mountain Biking (Starting from top of Silvermine)
Class descriptions:
Yoga in the Park (Monday mornings):
A perfect way to start your week with a workout that stills the mind and pushes your body in a calm and quiet outdoor environment. Looking up at Signal Hill it is clear that the week that follows will be a magical one! Bring a friend, a mat and your breath!
Muffin top mondays:
A walking group that takes off from Anchor Bay car park and will go 2.5km out and 2.5km back. Designed for new moms to bring their babies/kids in prams so that everyone can get a bit of fresh air. Also great for moms to meet other moms going through similar things. A perfect way to start getting back into shape with support and advice Bring a friend and hydration!
Hump Day boot camp:
Either start your midweek morning off on Lakeside field with an excellent workout! Or Watch the sunset go down on Camps Bay Beach while getting a serious workout, having fun and meeting new people! What a perfect way to end a Wednesday! We welcome ALL levels of fitness! Bring a friend, a towel and hydration!
Toight like a Toiger Thursday hikes:
A quick express hike (+- 1 hour) where we focus on toning and strengthening the legs and bum. We have 2 hikes which we will be alternating. Come and join us on Mother Nature’s very own step machine
Yoga in the Park (Thursday afternoons):
Yes… The Mad Strength Flow kind… come flow in more of your strength. Don’t worry, there is always a reward at the end! Fun & mindful Yoga movement. Bring a mat and a friend along!
Scenic Sunday hikes:
About a 2.5 hour hike through the most beautiful mountains! We chose a different path each week! We stick together and go at everyone’s pace. You can not say you live in Cape Town until you have explored the outdoors! It is the most serene way to end your weekend off! Bring a friend and hydration!
Daring Downhill Mountain Biking:
Definitely for the more daring of devils This is about a 2.5 hour downhill mountain biking experience! It is not for the faint-hearted There are 2 options – to stick to the road or take the less-travelled route but either way the group sticks together. One must be fairly confident on a bike. Bring a mountain bike, hydration and a helmet! Watch out for Baboons and expect to get dirty!
What you need to bring along:
1) Water bottle & sweat towel. (A exercise mat or yoga mat for yoga classes.)
2) R30 for your energy tea & highly nutritional post recovery shake per class (optional)
3) We love a crowd… so bring a friend along. They’ll love you even more when you push them to get fit!
