Warm Cocoa and chia oats

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp raw oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk / milk of choice
  • 1 heaped tsp cocoa
  • 1 date chopped
  • sprinkling of raw chia seeds

Method

  1. Cook oats on a medium heat with milk and some water
  2. stir in the cocoa
  3. take off the heat once cooked
  4. sprinkle chia and chop date over oats
