Lemon and Herb Hake Fillets

Ingredients

  • 90g hake fillet per person
  • 1 tsp olive or canola oil per fillet
  • lemon juice
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Foil

Method:

  1. Drizzle oil, lemon juice and herbs over fillet
  2. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 – 30 minutes
  3. Serve with rice and salad
