Ingredients

  • 3/4 tin baked beans
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, curry powder

Method

  1. Heat up the baked beans and mix in the spices
  2. Put into a ramekin
  3. Break the eggs over the beans in the ramekin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
