Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp each of fresh garlic, ginger, ground cumin, coriander, sugar, salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 ml plain fat free yoghurt
  • 50g coriander
  • 1 handful of mint

Chop ingredients finely, pop into a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes for the flavours to develop
