Cocoa coconut and date balls

Ingredients:

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut + extra for dusting
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
  3. Roll into balls and dust with more coconut
