Bircher’s Muesli

Soooo quick and easy! also super healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fat free plain yoghurt or milk or apple juice
  • 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp shaved almonds
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • sprinkling of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp mixed berries

Method

Mix all ingredients (except berries) in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. The next morning, serve with berries.
