Banana-nut-chia Popsicle

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Chia seeds
  • Oats
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey
  • Seed mix (sunflower, poppy, sesame)
  • Cinnamon
  • Bamboo skewers

Method

1. Chop a banana into three equal parts and string onto a skewer
2. Smear with some peanut butter and drizzle with honey
3. Roll in your choice of oats, chia seeds, seed mix
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon (because everything tastes good with cinnamon
